Sidetracked

I think I have crafting ADD.  I was supposed to be working on some birthday cards for a party my youngest is going to today and a custom order for Etsy.  But no.  I started wandering...pinned a few things, checked out some challenge blogs, got another cuppa joe...I ended up making this instead


for the Play Date Cafe Challenge (PDCC115) using the colors Slate...Moss...Bark...Burlap and also the
Top Tip Tuesday   Challenge using this sketch:



I saw that flower and had to use it.  Had to.  Here's a close-up:



Here's my Top Tip:  Use colored cardstock behind a border punch to really make it stand out.  On this card I punched the edge of the front and put the grey cardstock on the inside of the card.

    I ADORE this! I definitely know what you mean about crafting ADD - it's always so hard for me to focus on one thing and I never want to work on the thing that {needs} to be completed. SO glad you joined us in the Cafe - your work is lovely!!

    Gorgeous card and FAB Top Tip too - the coloured card stock really sets off the border punch - great idea :)
