Feeling Sparkly and Festive - SDC 224

Valerie, over at the SDC blog, has suggested we pull out the sequins this week.  Gettin' crazy here, another card AND sparkly sequins.  I also attempted to add some white flocking around her hat and shirt, but it looks rather odd and gray.  Kind of fitting, I guess, given her wonderful weirdness.
