Hi Julie! Thanks for visiting my blog today along Imaginisce and Twinery :) I just wanted to let you know about the leaves you'd asked about. It's a Cuttlebug die by Provo Craft, but I'm not sure of the name. I bought it on clearance sometime back. The actual die has a peacock on it (quite ugly in my opinion LOL). You may be able to find it on ebay!
