Fishing You The Best Card

Cheesy pun...I know. 😉 The challenge at the Less Is More blog is cute and one layer. As much as I wanted to, I resisted the urge to pull out my Copics; it drives me nuts when they bleed through the back side.  Instead I used Distress inks and watercolor pencils.

On the iceberg I thought I needed something icy so added a bit of Wink of Stella.  Can you see it?

Happy Creating!

  1. I think it's super cute! Good choice for colouring Julie - I opted for Prismacolour pencils instead of the usual Copics - and I do love your water panel as well as the walrus!

  2. Just makes me go awwww! A tick in the box with the cute factor!

  3. it is cheesy, but the sentiment still made me giggle, cool card

  4. Cute... and only made cuter with the ‘cheesy’ punny sentiment. 😉 Beautiful ink blending and watercoloring. Thank you for joining us at Less is More.

  5. Great work with your Distress Inks and pencils, and I love how you've achieved the transparency of the water to show the fish. Great one layer card.
Thanks so much for sharing with us at Less is More, Anita x

  6. What a super card Julie! The blues are really beautiful and that wink of stella on the iceburg must look amazing. Such a cute image too. thanks so much for joining us at Less is More xx
